Maui Babe & Other

This tanning lotion is what I am using right now, since its back in the TANNING SEASON :) [In florida anyways.] I heard about this first from my to-be sister in law and thought she was crazy because its brown..BUT ive always wanted a good tanning lotion/oil. I dont necessarily like the oil feeling because it stays oily but I love the look of oil. I like the lotion feeling because it dries after awhile. With this Maui babe, you can put it OVER spf tanning lotion. The Maui Babe does NOT have SPF in it. I figured that out the first time when I get sunburn :) oops.

The After Browning Lotion is supposed to "seal your tan" Now..I have only been using this a couple times because I just bought it. I put it on after my shower kind of like a moisturizer. I am using it and still peeling, but I was sunburn pretty bad so I dont know if that has anything to do with how bad it was.

Im keeping track of how many uses I get out of it just for further reference. They are both 8oz bottles. I got them Buy One, Get One 50% Off. So I got them both for $19.73. Not Bad! [Plus tax of course] Without the sale it would've been $25.98 [plus tax] So I was happy with that! I will update you all on how many uses I got out of each, when they are gone.

I would recommend not buying this on http://www.mauibabe.com/ because i've found its much more expensive! I go to Ulta and get it.

Other Drugstore Tanning Oil Ive Used:

Banana Boat Deep Tanning DRY OIL. I really like this! This is $9.99. I normally wouldnt pay that much for anything like this, but nothing is any cheaper i've found. & I say thats expensive and the other stuff is more, but I wanted to try the Maui Babe and see if it really did work any better. [So far, I havent seen a difference, but Ive only had it a week] & its only $3 more. If it works really well then it will be worth it.

I know this says DRY OIL on it, but since I spray alot on, it isnt dry..and when it dries I just spray more on because its only SPF 4. I cant afford to get sunburn anymore, because then I cant go outside for a couple days!

So that is the best drugstore tanning oil ive found that works best for me. Im still "testing" the Maui Babe but so far so good. Ill keep you all updated!! :)
