Long Time No Talk :) or Type?

Hey! So Sorry again about my absence! Since Ive gotten back from South Carolina I havent done to much. BUT...One big thing that I've done..Ive started seeing a personal trainer! This started about a week and a half ago. I wasnt planning on doing it but I was in the right place and the right time. I was a my best friends house, and his parents had a friend over. Well come to find out, shes a personal trainer! We started talking and she told me to call her the next day, I went into her studio for her to "assess" me. Ever since then, Ive been seeing her. Im going to her 3x a week. I really really like it! For all you out there who want to work out but just dont have the power to get up off the couch and go, DO IT! It will help you so much better! Ive completely changed my eating habits, I used to eat fried e-v-e-r-y-d-a-y! I havent had fried in over 2 weeks! Thats a HUGE change for me! I went out to eat everyday as well, I dont do that anymore. I do go out occasionally but not everyday, and I get off the "healthy" menu now :) I dont think people realize, "healthy food" is good! You do have to take time to prepare it, but I just make a whole bunch at one time, and eat it for leftovers. Im really happy with the change ive made, Im going to make a list of things im doing for you guys that are interested! Comment, if you have any questions! :)

NO:
1. No Red Meat
2. No Bread
3. No Candy
4. No Soda
5. No Fried Foods

DO:
1. Workout 6x a week
2. Water Water Water!
3.Move all the time!
4.Eat Veggies!
5. Write down everything you eat
6. Eat Breakfast!!

Oh & P.S. My birthday is in 19 days :) August 1! I will be in South Carolina visiting my parents with my fiance :)
